Movers for America Surpasses 1,100 Members

Movers for America, a diverse coalition of moving and storage professionals and independent contractors dedicated to providing military families with efficient, high-quality household moving services, has surpassed 1,100 members.

“This strong growth is a testament to just how committed moving and storage professionals are to supporting America’s military families,” said Katie McMichael, Executive Director of Movers for America. “By making information available to the public, policymakers, and individuals who service military moves, and advocating for a Congressional audit of the new Global Household Goods Contract, our coalition strives to ensure that America’s heroic military families receive the best possible service. Every new member strengthens the chorus of voices raising serious and legitimate concerns about GHC implementation.”
